Funeral services for Peggy Ruth Prine will be held at 1:00 p.m.., Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, Louisiana with Reverend Mike Ray and Reverend Marvin Williams officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow to Vivian Cemetery, in Vivian, Louisiana. Mrs. Peggy was born on September 23, 1958 in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021in Oak Grove, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Norma Moon. Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Randy Prine of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son, Hunter D. Prine of Oak Grove, Louisiana; siblings, Tommy Moon and wife, Lisa of Oil City, Louisiana, Karen Moody and husband, Carl of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Kenneth Moon of Blanchard, Louisiana; aunts, Barbara \"Aunt Bob\" Robertson of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Lorene Carter \"Aunt Lorene\" of Shreveport, Louisiana; numerous nieces and nephews and special friend, Colleen Burch. Pallbearers are Christian Eubanks, Shane Moody, Jeff Moody, Brandon Moody, Tyler Moody, Mickey Moon, Chad Moon and Junior Moon. The family would like to give a special thanks to Heart of Hospice.
