Graveside services for Rachel Butler Carnahan will be held Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 12 noon at Forest Park Cemetery at St. Vincent Avenue in Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating will be Rev. Brian Mercer. Her husband Russell Carnahan preceded her in death. She is survived by her son J. R.
