Funeral services for Randy Glen Lambert, 53, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. Officiating the service will be Pastor Bryan Reed and Landry Wilkinson. Randy was born on January 13, 1968 to Patsy Anderson Lambert and Cardis Lambert in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Friday, December 24, 2021. Randy was a 1986 graduate of Southwood High School and worked at Snyder Flooring as a consultant and was a deputy at the City of Shreveport's Marshalls office. He was a faithful member of Simple Church, the Elks Lodge 122 and the Southern Hills Chapter of the Masonic Lodge. He is preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Paula Lambert Wilkinson and husband, Steve; nephews, Landry Wilkinson and wife, Dorothy and Cardis Wilkinson and girlfriend, Ralee Tyson; aunts, Beatrice Harris, Louise Beaumont, Betty Morace and husband, Sherman; uncle, Curtis Lambert and wife, Sandy; cousins, Pam Smith Cunningham and husband, Keith, Sandra Smith Brumley and husband, Bryan, Brenda Robertson; beloved Dachshund, Gracie Ann and numerous other special cousins. Also left to cherish his memory are his many friends, a group that stuck by him through thick and thin and had a very special bond. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Rick Anderson, Keith Oden, Kee Hunter, Tony Brantly, Danny Stough and Dale Foshee. The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Sneads office at Christus Cancer Center, Dawn Atkins, Tonna Brock, Toni Brooks and Regional Hospice for their care and compassion shown to Randy. Randy had a big heart and his family and friends were his treasure. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
