Reuben Roy Cleveland, SR

Graveside services was held for Mr. Reuben Roy “Froggy Baby” Cleveland, SR, age 84, at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, 220 Hamill ST, Oil City, LA, on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., and Bro. Terry Stratton, officiated. Visitation was held at the cemetery from 1:30-2 p.m., prior to the service.

Reuben was born December 20, 1940, in El Dorado, AR, to Elmer C. and Georgia Smith Cleveland. He entered into rest on March, 18, 2025, in Haynesville, LA. Reuben was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a truck driver for Gibbon Transport and had the CB handle “Froggy Baby.” Reuben was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints, Magnolia Arkansas Branch.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Elmer Cleveland, JR, Charles Cleveland; step-son, Mike Roberts; and step-daughter, Mary Roberts.

He is survived by his three children, Tina Strong of College Station, TX, Reuben Cleveland, JR, of Sarepta, LA, and Kristy Wynn of Arkansas; brother, Daniel Cleveland of Shreveport, LA; granddaughter, Chloe Pickard; special friends, Chris Dowling, Jennifer Dowling and Debbie Dendy; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers were the Brethren of the LDS Church.
