Richard Walter Hedrain Richard Walter Hedrain, better known as \"Ricky\" to his family and close friends was called home to be with his heavenly Father on October 20, 2015. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents Ruby and Bill Giles, and his father Richard Hedrain. He is survived by his son, Dallas Hedrain; sisters, Carole and husband Ronnie Gour, Vivian and husband Rodney Horton, Christy and husband Darrell Frazier, Billie Cook, Rene and husband Andy Hicks, and a multitude of nieces and nephews. His family sends gratitude to the team of Doctors and staff at Good Shepherd Hospital in Longview and special thanks to Dr. Le, Dr. Morrison and their wonderful staff at LifeCare Hospital, for the devotion and care that these facilities provided for a very special man. Ricky was given many challenges in his life but his spirit and zeal for life was never broken and that was what people admired most about him. Ricky loved his family, his dogs, his friends, and was an amazing person inside and out. He will truly be missed by everyone, especially his dogs.
