SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Richard Alan Hudson, Sr., 58, will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 17, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Larry Tucker. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery in Waskom, TX. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the funeral home. Richard was born on April 7, 1956 in Shreveport, LA and passed away on October 13, 2014 in Alexandria, LA. He was a resident of Bunkie, LA and was a handyman of all trades. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Wanda Hudson; and grandparents. Left to cherish his sweet memory is his wife, Gail Hudson; sons, Daniel Ray Hudson and Richard Alan Hudson, Jr.; siblings, Scott and Trisha Hudson, Russell Hudson, and David and Rachel Lenard; grandchildren, Kelsie Jade Hudson, Bailee Marie Hudson, Kindle Rae Hudson, and Dalton Ryan Hudson.
