CARTHAGE, TX--Funeral services honoring the life of Robert Hogg, 73, will be at 10:00 am Friday, December 22, 2017 at Rose-Neath Chapel in Logansport, LA with Rev. Joe Walker and Bro. Wayne Butler officiating. Burial will follow at Cool Springs Cemetery in Logansport, LA. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 6 pm till 8 pm. Robert was born on February 21, 1944 to Ernest and Marguerite Hogg and entered into rest on December 19, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Hogg; his mother, Marguerite Griffin; son, Mark Hogg; brother, Raymond Hogg; and sister-in-law, Levenda Hogg. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Lesa Bailey Hogg of Logan Community, TX; his son, Bob Hogg and wife Dianna of Logan Community, TX; his daughter, Rhonda Hogg Sullivan and husband Jerry of Converse, LA; his brothers, Donald Hogg of Logan Community, TX, Cleve Hogg and wife Patty of Logan Community, TX, Steve Hogg and wife Suzy of Quitman, TX, Gary Hogg and wife Dana of Lumberton, TX, Claude Griffin of Logan Community, TX; and Danny Griffin and wife Jackline of Joaquin, TX; stepbrothers, Bennie Brannon and wife Michelle of Houston, TX and Robert Brannon and wife Beverly of Vider, TX; grandchildren, Megan Hogg Ackerman and husband J.J., Kade Hogg all of Carthage, TX, Sarah Sullivan Procell and husband Nathan, and Jordan Grace Sullivan all of Converse, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Honoring the life of Robert as pallbearers will be Donald Hogg, Chad Hogg, Gary Hogg, Steve Hogg, Cleve Hogg, and Jerry Sullivan. Honorary pallbearer will be Kade Hogg.
