Mansfield, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Robert Young, Sr., 73, will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 22, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA with Reverend John Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Logansport, LA. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 11AM till 1PM. Robert was born on July 14, 1943 to Guy and Anna Young in Benton, LA and entered into rest on March 22, 2017 in Mansfield, LA. Preceding Robert in death is his parents, Guy and Anna Young; five brothers and two sisters. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons, Kevin Wayne Young and wife Lisa of Mansfield, LA, Robert Edward Young, Jr. and wife Janie of Coweta, OK; daughter, Toni Diane Smith and husband Ricky of Shreveport, LA; ten grandchildren; 18 Great-Grandchildren; sister, Patricia Scott of Rockwall, TX; and brothers, James Young of Belton, TX and Jerry Young of West Monroe, LA.
