Robin Dawn Castillo

Robin Dawn Castillo, 57, of Converse, Louisiana passed away on December 3, 2024. She was born on December 2, 1967 to Jessie Patrick Castillo and Bobbie Louise Paddie Castillo. 

A visitation will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024 located at Lakeside Baptist Church, 580 Recreation Site 4 Rd, Converse, LA 71419. Funeral services honoring the life of Robin will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the church. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Noble, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Bro. Michael Armstrong. Honoring Robin as pallbearers will be Mike Puckett, Ausin Whitten, Glenn Wilkerson, Alex Strahan, Billy Curl, and Kelby Oakley. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Joe Curl and Phillip Vansickle. 

Robin was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Castillo; paternal grandparents, Beta and Lucy Castillo; and maternal grandparents, Joseph and Irene Paddie. Left to cherish her memory include her mother, Bobbie Castillo; son, Terrence N. Taylor and “bonus” son, Ian Vines; daughters, Amber Castillo and Krysten Taylor; sister, Tina Pate and “bonus” sister, Donna Santos; brother, Allan Castillo; grandchildren, A’nya Castillo, Jazmine Blake, Silas Blake, Olivia Castillo, Keyleigh Ward, Jayden Ward, Piper Stokley, Trinity Ladner, Praylee Taylor, Ace Taylor, and Lucian Lavery.
