Ronald Brent McGee

Bossier City, LA - Services for Ronald Brent McGee will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2017 at the Pentecostals of Bossier. Officiating will be Rev. Jerry Dean. Interment will follow in Haughton Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the church. Ronald was born in Oil City, LA to Arthur and Pauline McGee on May 21, 1940 and died August 9, 2017 in Bossier City. He was involved with Boy Scouts of America for over 20 years and was an avid fisherman and gardener. Ronald was a member of the Pentecostals of Bossier. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Wilda Davis McGee; brothers, Mike and Gerald McGee and sister, Paula Sessum. Ronald is survived by his son, David Brent McGee and wife, Tammy; daughters, Theresa M. Carson and husband, Victor, DeLisa M. Shephard and husband, Adrian; grandchildren, Baron Carson and wife, Jen, Kip Carson and wife, Jen, Harmon Carson and wife, Haley, Kelsey Carson, Rachel and Sarah McGee, Victor and Hunter Shephard, and siblings, Melrie Lodestro, Becky McGee, Sharon Kunzman, and Earl McGee. Honoring Ronald as pallbearers will be, Lindale Valentine, David Scott, Jeff McGee, Kenneth Hayes, Chris Hayes, Riley Bornaman, Bill Shelton, and Steve Kunzman.
