Ronnye Frank Murray

A memorial service honoring the life of Ronnye Frank Murray will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 28, 2020 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Southside Chapel, 2500 Southside Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana. Brother Chad Hardbarger of Emmanuel Baptist Church will officiate the service. Ronnye Murray was born in Nacodoches, Texas to Frank Palmer and Ila Ruth Murray and passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Ronnye worked for many years as welder. He loved the outdoors and visiting the farm in Nacodoches. He enjoyed going to RJ's and Waffle House with his friends. He will always be remembered for his love for animals, especially his beloved companion, Mack. He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents, Erskin and Gladys Coats. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Ila Ruth Murray, uncles, Bobby Murray and wife, Louise Jackie Murray and Joe Murray and wife, Susan and dear friends, Sue and Gregg Gill, Rose Turner, and Judy Pence. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Nurse Tina and the staff at Heritage Manor-South for their care and compassion.
