Rosanna Marie (Kellogg) Winningham

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rosanna Marie (Kellogg) Winningham. A dedicated and adored Mother and Grandmother, who passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, after a brave three-year battle with cancer. She was 73 years old.

Born on February 9, 1951, in Milan, Pennsylvania, Rosanna left her hometown to serve in the United States Air Force at 18 years of age. Rosanna served twenty years as a Visual Information Media Technician and as a Military Training Instructor. During her time with the Air Force, she was stationed in various locations, allowing her to fulfill her love of travel while excelling in her career. Rosanna retired as an honorably discharged Master Sergeant in 1990 at Barksdale Airforce Base.

Throughout her life, Rosanna prided herself on her independence and achievements. But her greatest joy was the legacy she created with her daughters and grandchildren. Despite many life challenges, Rosanna gave unselfishly and always took care of those she loved. She will fondly be remembered for her love of baking and making sure you left with a full belly from her home. Also, for her love of gardening, shopping, and animals. We know HSN and QVC will miss her as well.

Rosanna Marie Winningham was the most stubborn, blunt, and brash woman you would ever meet but she was also the most loving, forgiving, and dedicated. Her determination and resilience remained steadfast until her final days. Her legacy will continue to guide her family.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Lenor Elizabeth Kellogg; father, Clifford. R. Kellogg, and her husband, Robert Winningham. Surviving are her two daughters, Tanya Winningham and Bobbie (Winningham) Dupree; son-in-law, Donald Dupree; grandson, Jacob Dupree; granddaughters, Morgan and Lillian Dupree and great-granddaughter, Layla. She also leaves behind three beloved cats, Bella, Ripley, and Max.

She will be laid to rest at Rose-Neath Cemetery in Bossier City, Louisiana, with Full Military Honors.

Though her physical presence is no longer with us, the lessons she taught us through her dedication, hard work, and love will continue to live on. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will remain in our hearts forever.

The family suggests memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana, 2544 Linwood Ave, Shreveport, LA 71103.

Rest in peace, Momma. Your legacy will never be forgotten.
