Rudell "Dell" Malone

STONEWALL, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Rudell Wright Malone, 72, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport. Rev. Franklin Walker will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2015. Dell was born in Light, AR on June 28, 1942 and passed away in Shreveport, LA on May 18, 2015. She enjoyed gospel music, cooking, gardening, collecting and caring for her pets. She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny C. Wright and Wilma A. Wright; brother, Floyd Wright; and sister, Dorothy McDonald. Left to cherish her beautiful memory is her husband of 53 years, Robert L. Malone; sons, Robert Glen Malone, Michael E. Malone and wife, Melissa; daughter, Shelia A. Malone; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five brothers; five sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Matthew Hemingway, Jason Bruce, Johnathan Hemingway, Michael Beers, Josh Kerry and Nathan Malone.
