Funeral services celebrating the life of Scott E. Day will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Pastor Trey Waller officiating. Interment will follow at Minden Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends Friday, September 8, 2023, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Scott was born May 27, 1956, in Minden, Louisiana and entered his heavenly home September 5, 2023, in Minden, Louisiana.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Day.

He is survived by his wife, Susie Day; mother, Keitha Day; sons, Scott Edward Day and wife Angel, Jacob Day and wife Sarah, and Ryan Williams; daughters, April Bison and husband James, Angel Albring and husband John, and Jessica Daigle and husband Canaan; sister, Denise Weeks; brothers, Rick Day and wife Jennifer and Gary Day and wife Amy; nineteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Garrett Day, Butch Day, Ryan Day, Van Cox, Preston Miller, and John Ross Kennon.
