Sharon was born on April 10, 1963, in Shreveport, LA. From birth, she was a true delight to all. Sharon entertained her siblings, and kept her family on their toes. She had a joy within her that was apparent to all. No one was a stranger when Sharon was around. She had a way of making everyone in the room happy and at ease. Everyday activities turned into "adventures" with Sharon. Whether it was a cruise around the town with the music blasting and the windows down, or a shopping trip where she was sure to tell the cashier some crazy tale that would have everyone laughing, no moment was taken for granted. Sharon lived. Her house became the home away from home for her siblings and many nieces and nephews who adored her. If anyone needed anything, she was always a phone call away. She was hilarious, creative, competitive, intelligent, beautiful, honest and unique. Nothing was out of reach in Sharon's eyes. If you wanted it, you could achieve it, and she encouraged her loved ones to follow their dreams. If you knew her, you loved her. If you didn't know her, look her up when you get to heaven. She's amazing. She was THE DIVA!
Sharon is preceded in death by her father, Jolley Gary Wasson, and we are certain they are having quite a time together now.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Annetta Tankersley Wasson; brother and sister-in-law Robin and Terri Wasson; sisters Suzanne and husband Randy Mason, Wendy and husband Art Evans, and Jen Wasson; nieces and nephews, Rachel Selby, Michael Selby and wife Emily, Katie Scot and husband Trey, Aaron Wasson, Nathan Wasson, Shelby Mills and husband Chase, Hannah Evans, Abigail Evans, and Ben Evans; great-nephew Noah Wasson; and great niece Piper Noble.

Sharon was one of a kind. She was a joy, a light and a pleasure. She will never leave our hearts.
