Shirley Ann Bockstruck

SHREVEPORT, LA - A Memorial service for Shirley Bockstruck, 85, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Stanley A. Larson of Holy Trinity. Shirley was born October 30 1931, in Alton, IL to Eva Marie Barton and Leslie Lincoln Hale and passed away February 17, 2017, in Shreveport, LA. She retired as a Registered Nurse, from Overton Brooks VA Medical Center. Shirley was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Shreveport Bridge Association, and the local Red Hat Chapter. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Leroy Bockstruck, her parents, and brothers, Homer Hale and Wesley Hale. Left to Cherish her memory are her children, David Bockstruck, Candice Wilkerson and husband, Carl, Cynthia Nelson, Kimberly Noe and husband, David, and Melissa Purvis and husband, Doug; grandchildren, Sean Wilkerson, Christy Wilkerson, Dylan Nelson, Barton Nelson, Nick Noe, Laurel Rehorn, Leslie Terlesky, Meredith Purvis, Lincoln Purvis, and Rosalie Purvis; great-grandchildren, Graham, Nash and Bennett Noe, Bowen Rehorn, and Zoe and Lola Terlesky; and brother, Leslie Hale.
