Shirley Lynn Trichel, 40, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2024 in Many, Louisiana. She was born on August 1, 1984 to Elmer and Joyce Trichel in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Shirley will be remembered for her sweet personality and loving heart. She had the sweetest smile anyone could have encountered. She was a loving mom, and her kids were her top priority. Her happiest day was when she became a grandmother to Oaklynn. She will be truly missed by her family and those who loved her.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Joyce Trichel. She is survived by her son, Joseph Sexton, of Many, Louisiana; daughter, Angelica Sexton and husband, Joshua Leone, of Many, Louisiana; sister, Darlene Trichel of Eunice, Louisiana; brothers, Darrell Mithcell and wife, Jessie, of Florien, Louisiana, Rickey Trichel of Natchitoches, Louisiana, Johnny Trichel of Natchitoches, Louisiana, and Joseph Trichel of Mississippi; 1 grandchild, Oaklynn Leone of Many, Louisiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
