Richard Methvin officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. Saturday until service time. Stacey was born April 23, 1975 in Kansas City, Missouri and entered into rest December 6, 2016 in Minden, Louisiana. She is survived by her husband Charlton Kellogg, parents Tom and Helen Mangrum and grandmother Louise Foster all of Minden, children Nicholas Turner of Shreveport, Raylee Furman and Josh Furman of Little Rock, Arkansas, Juliette Leigh Kellogg of Minden, Charlton Merle Thomas Kellogg, Jr. of Minden and a granddaughter on the way, Athena Renea Kellogg, and brother Eric Jason Mangrum of Minden.
