Funeral services for Tanya Hammontree Poland will be held Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Matt Cate officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Tanya was born August 11, 1958 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest March 5, 2016 in Minden, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Jessie Hammontree.
