Mansfield, LA - Graveside services honoring the life of Teddy K. Phillips, 68, will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Bethel Cemetery in Logansport, LA with Bro. Roger Morton officiating. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 5:00 until 9:00 PM.

Teddy was born in Fort Worth, TX on August 8, 1947 to J. T. and Daisy Phillips and passed away in Shreveport on November 29, 2015.

Preceding Teddy in death were his parents J.T. and Daisy Phillips; and brother Davey Phillips.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Betty Phillips; son Keith Phillips and fiancée Desiree Larson; daughters Shannon Phillips Jordan and husband Mark, Stacy Phillips Barsh and husband Bill, and Tiffany Phillips Suire and husband Dweyne; grandchildren Quencie Tarrant, Jordan Tarrant, Hunter Dillard, Tucker Roberts, Landon Roberts, Hannah Suire, and Ethan Suire; great granddaughters Kendall Jade and Peyton Johnson; and brothers Gary Phillips and Tommy Phillips.
