MANSFIELD, LA - Celebration of Life services for Teri Lee Sisson Holcomb, 57, will be held Sunday, September 7, 2014, at 3:00 PM in the sanctuary of Hunter Magnolia Baptist Church, Hunter Community, Mansfield, LA, with Brother Armador Santos officiating. The interment will immediately follow on the grounds of Mt. OlivetCemetery, Stanley, LA.
The family would like to welcome guests for visitation Saturday, September 6, 2014, from the hours of 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Logansport Chapel.
Teri was born June 24, 1957, in Trinidad, CO, to Betty Lou Kerby Sisson and the late George Evans Sisson Jr. She was called home September 3, 2014 at her home in Stanley, LA.
Teri lived a full and amazing life. She loved and cherished her family and friends, many of which were remote, but she always took the time to stay in contact and let them know how important they were to her. She touched the lives and hearts of so many and leaves behind a gap that will never be filled.
Teri was preceded in death by her father. Left to cherish the beautiful memories Teri leaves behind will be her beloved husband of 29 years; Jerry Holcomb, her mother; Betty Lou Sisson, three sons: Joshua Paul Houston, Thomas Trent Houston and wife Samantha, David Lee Houston and wife Jessica, one brother; Michael Evans Sisson and wife Karen, four grandchildren: Emma Lee Houston, Eric Marr, Elizabeth Walker, Devan Houston, along with many extended family members and numerous wonderful friends.
Honoring Teri as pallbearers will be her three sons, Joshua Houston, Thomas Houston, David Houston and Matt Kuhlman, Derek Drabek, and Brent Bastings.
