Terri Lynn Applewhite

Funeral services for Terri Lynn Applewhite, 64, will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Inurnment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Terri was born January 10, 1954 in Louisville, KY and passed away on April 5, 2018 in Shreveport. She worked at O'Brien Energy Company for 19 years. She was an avid reader. Terri was preceded in death by her father, Dock Adams; stepmother, Mary Gail Adams; brothers, Tommy Adams and Dock Adams, Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, B.J. Applewhite; daughter, Sarah Applewhite; son, Billy Fried and wife April; granddaughter, Jacey; parents, Turk and Betty Davis; brothers, Clem Adams and wife Gina, William Adams and wife Sydney, and Paul Adams; sisters, Robin Culliton, Becky Berry, Lisa Adams, and Ruthie Adams; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to the O'Brien family.
