Terrie Hollowell-Callia

GREENWOOD, LA - Terrie Hollowell-Callia was born November 2, 1969 in Alexandria, LA and passed away unexpectedly on May 28, 2017. Terrie was a lifelong resident of Shreveport, LA. She graduated from Huntington High School in 1987. She was a dedicated employee at Speedco as a Service Writer. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, and will be missed by all whom knew and loved her especially her only son Tyler. She was his best friend and he was the anchor of her life. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Maxine Anderson and Murray B. Jackson; paternal grandparents, W.E. and Edith McDearmont. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Pete Callia III; son, Tyler Claude Bates; daughter, Alexandra Callia; parents, W.R. and Elizabeth Joy McDearmont, brother, Tim McDearmont and wife Jennifer; cousin, Glen Jackson and wife Janice, and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation remembering the life of Terrie will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 from 10:00 am till 12:00 noon at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, LA 71101.
