The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 5 from 1:00 PM till 2:00 PM. Joe was born on June 8, 1937 in Converse, LA to Randolph and Edna Pritchard Cassell, and died on April 4, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. Preceding Thomas in death are his parents Randolph and Marie Cassell. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Randy Cassell and wife Christie of Shreveport, LA; Sister, Deborah Cassell West and husband Danny of Greenville, Mississippi, and brother, Derrell Randolph Cassell and wife Mary Virgina of Converse, LA.
