Thomas Henry Howell

Mansfield, LA - Graveside service honoring the life of Thomas Henry Howell, 78, will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Highland Cemetery with Reverend Bob Latham officiating. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM.

Thomas Henry Howell left on his journey to heaven January 11, 2015. Thomas was born November 25, 1936 in Mansfield all his life. He was living at DeSoto Retirement Center in Mansfield. Thomas enjoyed his Bible study on Friday; He loved God and the Word of God. One of the loves of his life was listening to country music and playing bingo. Thomas had many friends, there were a couple that came every week to visit him, Bro. Bob Latham, Reimer Calhoun, Jr, Marsha Calhoun, and Tommy Mason. He was at Christus Highland Hospital Shreveport when he passed away.

He is preceded in death by his mother Margie Howell and father Henry Howell.

He is survived by sisters Rena Britt of Mansfield, Marie Chowns of Kingman, AZ, and Betty Holland and husband David from Wolland, TN; he is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Those honoring the life of Thomas as pallbearers will be Steve Chowns, Donald Toucheque, Tommy Mason, Jimmy Wilson, Shane Ramsey, and Doug Green. Honorary pallbearer will be Mike Polk.
