Converse, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Thomas Parker, 77, will be at 11:00 AM Friday, July 1, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA with Reverend David Permenter officiating. Burial will follow at Beulah Cemetery in Mansfield, LA with Masonic graveside rights. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 5:00 till 9:00 PM. Thomas was born on January 14, 1939 in Converse, Louisiana to Pat and Aline Parker, and passed away on June 29, 2016 in Mansfield, Louisiana Preceding Thomas in death were his parents Pat and Aline Parker; sister, Elizabeth Ann Shelton; brother, Troy Edward Parker; and step-father, Rufus Marshall. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Sherry D. Parker, Dorene Nix, Terri Ann Buckmeyer, Kayla Brooks; sons, Rusty Parker, Johnny Parker; sisters, Brenda Smith and husband Ray, Debbie Mitchell and husband C.W., Linda Rachal and husband Brad; grandchildren, Dawn Parker, Kirstin Thomas. Bryce Ray Parker, Meredith Whitlock Sparks, Cody Whitlock, Chase Whitlock; great grandchildren, Ava Sparks, Cohen Sparks, Mabry Sparks, Conway Whitlock, Madelyn Whitlock, Macyn Whitlock, and Rayley Cooke. Those honoring the life of Thomas a pallbearers will be Cody Whitlock, Chris Bridges, Cody Rachal, Bryce Parker, Jeffery Mitchell, John Morgan, Aaron Rains, and Joseph Hayes.
