Tim Harms

Tim Harms, 66, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was born to Carl Harms and Esther Harms in Chicago, Illinois on March 30, 1958.

A "Celebration of Life" Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held prior to the memorial from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Officiating will be Brother Ken Barrow.

Tim was married for 43 years to the love of his life, Debra. He excelled in sales for over 42 years, and received numerous awards for excellence in this field throughout those years. His hobbies included driving his collector cars, riding motorcycles, and going to every ice hockey game possible. Tim was passionate about his faith, wife, family, friends and community. He was an extremely outgoing, fun-loving, compassionate and a very generous person. He will be greatly missed by everyone that had the pleasure of getting to know him.

Tim is preceded in death by his father, Carl Harms; grandparents, Joe and Regina Kuczek and Adolph Harms. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Esther; wife, Debra; daughters, Emily and Nicole; granddaughters, Samantha, Abbigale, and Izzabella; great-grandson, Silas, and sister, Michele (Dan) Pancotto.

Honoring Tim as pallbearers will be Victor Gale, Kyle Porter, Wayne May, Reggie Collier, Dustin Glass, and Marcus Mebes.
