Timothy Lane Scales

SHREVEPORT, LA - A Memorial Service for Timothy Lane Scales, 60, will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2015 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel in Shreveport. The family will receive visitors at 5:00 p.m. until service time. Officiating will be Monsignor Carson Lacaze. Tim was born September 11, 1954 in Fort Worth, TX and passed away on September 2, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Lane Scales. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Sallie Leuschner Scales; Debbie Scales; son, Steven Scales; daughters, Amy Scales and her husband, Dr. Monty Aghazadeh, and Krisi Scales; granddaughter, Suri Aghazadeh; special nieces and nephews; along with great-nieces and great-nephews. Tim enjoyed gardening, visiting family in Nacogdoches, Texas, coaching his children's sports teams, and volunteering at their schools. He believed in having the right tools for the right job. Tim treasured his relationships with family, friends, and co-workers. The family would like to express a special thanks to Tim's neighbors for all the care, help, and support they gave over the last two years.
