Vaughn L. Johnson

Graveside services for Vaughn Lynn Johnson will be held Monday, July 7, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. Officiating will be Rev. Don Malbrough. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. Vaughn was born August 17, 1951 in Independence, Louisiana and entered into rest July 4, 2014 in Minden, Louisiana. He was a very loving son, father, and brother. His parents Ernest and Hazel Anderson Johnson preceded him in death. He is survived by his son Michael Vaughn Johnson of Springhill, daughter April Lynn Guice and husband Jeff of Heflin, siblings Carl C. Johnson of Minden, Van L. Johnson and girlfriend Vickey of Minden, Brenda Gay Bernard of Minden, Sharon Diane Wiltheis of Minden, Kathleen Strickland and husband Mark of Minden, Thomas Elmer Johnson and wife Lori of Bossier City, and Edward Keith Johnson and wife Sarah of Shreveport, grandchildren Janey Guice, Autumn Guice, Lane Guice, and Alanna Johnson and one great-grandchild on the way, and numerous nieces and nephews.
