Victoria "Vickie" Ann Palmer

Victoria “Vickie” Ann Palmer of Shreveport Louisiana, passed from this earth May 28, 2023.

Vickie was born September 13, 1952 to Betty “Polly” Palmer and Ralph Palmer (both deceased).

Vickie was a graduate of Woodlawn High School (class of 1970) and LSU-Shreveport.
Vickie held various jobs in life but the one she was most proud of was caregiver to her mother, Polly, in her later years of life.

Vickie is survived by her sister, Debbie (Gregg), friends, several cousins and her beloved cat, Sassafras “Sassy.”

At this time no services are planned. Vickie was a champion of women’s causes so the family requests any memorial donations be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, any agencies that help and support women seeking help or animal rescue.
