Virginia Craven

A funeral service for Virginia Craven will be held 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at Rose-Neath Chapel. Interment at Rose-Neath Cemetery will follow the funeral service. Officiating will be Don Barber and Robert Eberthardt. Virginia was born November 20, 1929, in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana to Joe S. and Lou Ernestine Henry Craven Sr. She passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021, in Bossier City, Louisiana at the age of 91. She is survived by nieces, Fran Dougdale and Linda Suman; nephew, James Philgreen; great-niece, Cindy Alexander and her precious fur baby, Dudley. Honoring Virginia as pallbearers will be Don Barber, Harvey Bryant, Kyle Bryant, Robert Eberhardt, Cameron Schraw, and Kendall Schraw. The family would like to acknowledge her many friends, especially Dawn Dunphy and Byron Powell for being a special part of her life while living at The Holy Cross Villas. They would also like to extend a warm thank you to the staff at Pilgrim Manor Nursing home, in Bossier City, Louisiana.
