Walter Raymond Payne, 25, of Bossier City, LA passed away suddenly August 12, 2015 due to complications from Diabetes Type 1. Walter was the son of the late Michael Anthony Payne of Camden, AR and Lori Myers Payne Kellogg of Bossier City, LA.
Walter \"Waltman\" attended school at Camden Fairview Schools in Camden, AR and Parkway High School in Bossier City, LA. He went on to study HVAC at Bossier City Parish Community College, and enjoyed several years working side by side with his stepfather, Andrew Kellogg. Walt loved to watch movies, and answer any question had about one. Walter had a lifetime hunger for music, and spent many years writing, composing and \"entertaining\" this world with his incredible musical talents. He as well expressed great creativity in his paintings and drawings, some of which became actual T-shirts.
Walter is also survived by one sister, Logan Montana Woodward of Bossier City, LA; grandparents, Linda and G. R. Mosley of Camden, AR, Carol and Ron Hudson of Bossier City, LA; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and enormous amounts of incredible friends and yes ... more family. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Shelton Payne and Raymond Myers.
Services for Walter Payne will begin with Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2001 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA 71111. Viewing/visitation 11-1 Service at 1 PM Tuesday, the 18th.
