Wesley R. Dunning

Shreveport, LA - Wesley Ray Dunning age 55, passed away on June 29, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mr. Dunning was born to Roy Dunning and Dorothy Woolsey on October 7, 1964 in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Dunning was preceded in death by his bonus dad, Dan Woolsey; sister, Tracy Woolsey; grandparents, Carlie and Ora Lee Sayers, Thomas and Ruby Dunning. He is survived by his children, Douglas Dunning, Amanda Nicole Smith; step-children, Shanan Biddle, Jeremy Biddle; grandchildren; siblings, Jeffrey Scott Dunning, Christine and husband Robert Sebastian, Rhonda and husband Andy Sabo; and many nieces and nephews. A private graveside will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at Hunter Magnolia Baptist Church, 173 Magnolia Ave, Mansfield, LA 71052. Pastor Amador Santos will be officiating the service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hunter Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 173 Magnolia Ave, Mansfield, LA 71052. The family would like to give a special acknowledgment to the staff at LSU Medical Center and Willis Knighton North Hospital for the care they gave Wesley.
