William C. Bailey, Jr.

BENTON, LA - A Service celebrating the life of William C. "Cliff" Bailey, Jr., 66, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 3, 2017, at Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel, 2201 Airline Dr., Bossier City, LA, with Rev. Doyle Arenda of Faith Church of God officiating. Interment will follow at Rose-Neath Cemetery, Bossier City, LA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Cliff was born November 10, 1950 in Zwolle, LA to Ruby Lynch Bailey and William Clifton Bailey, Sr. and celebrated his Heavenly Birthday August 29, 2017. He was a member of Faith Church of God. Cliff worked many years a Pipe Line Inspector for Arkla Gas which is now known as CenterPoint Energy. He was a loving husband, son, devoted father, grandfather, and friend to all that knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his son Michael Patrick Rich, his parents, sisters-in-law, Brenda Jones and Linda Owens, brothers- in-law, Ruby Lynch Bailey, Jason Thompson and Mark Thompson. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Wanda Jo Bailey of Benton, LA; his daughter, Casey Langlois and husband Jordan of Benton, LA; his uncle, Huey Lynch of Zwolle, LA; sister-in-law, Connie Burdine and husband, Roy of McKinney, TX; grandchildren, Whitney Rich-Stansell, Bailey Reeves, Kaylie Harris, Jackson Langlois, Gray Langlois; one great-grandson on the way, Kevin "Trey" Giddens, III; cousins, Billie, Pam, and Cindy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Honoring Cliff as pallbearers will be Jordan Langlois, Kevin Moon, Rodney Moon, Kelly Moon, Ryan Moon, and Tristin Moon. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Quentin Moon, Kyle Moon, Riley Moon, Wyatt Moon, Jackson Langlois, and Gray Langlois.
