Funeral services celebrating the life of William David Combs will be 10:00 AM on June 8, 2018 at Toledo Bend Church of Christ in Many, LA on Hwy. 191 with Reverend Kenny Carter officiating. The family will receive friends at the Toledo Bend Church of Christ for visitation on June 7, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Toledo Bend Christian Cemetery. William David Combs was born on December 28, 1934 to Everett Combs and Ruby Nelson Combs. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 4, 2018 at the age of 83. He was one of our honored Army veterans. He is survived by his wife Barbara McDonald Combs of Zwolle, LA; Sons Richard Combs of Lake Charles, LA & Terrell Combs & wife Brenda of Fisher, LA; Daughter Amber Combs of Zwolle; Step-Daughter Traci Frasier & husband David of Haughton, LA; Sister Mary Schrader of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Brother Tom Combs & wife Diane of Shawnee, OK; 6 Grand Children Jason Combs, Jennifer Johnson, Dexter Reed, Trent Reed, Stormy Wooley & Rocky Wooley & 6 Great-Grandchildren Alexis, Baylee, Peyten, Paislee, Kynlee & Layken. He is preceded in death by his Parents Everett and Ruby Nelson Combs. Pallbearers honoring William David Combs are Jason Combs, Dexter Reed, Robbie Johnson, Marvin Frazier, Kenny Martinez & Jim Parker. Honorary Pallbearers are G.J.
