William W. Foster

HAUGHTON, LA - Memorial services for William "Billy" Foster, 52, will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Bro. James Lee. Visitation will be prior to the service Saturday, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Billy was born December 4, 1961 and died August 18, 2014. Billy was a proud father and grandfather, with a zest for life; he was spirited and fun-loving. Billy always had a passion for anything with a motor that he could work on and for the speed it could achieve. He was big-hearted and generous with his many life-long friends. Along with his father, Billy was instrumental in forming B.W. Foster Construction Co. of Elm Grove, LA. Billy is preceded in death by his grandparents and a number of aunts and uncles. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Billy W. and Claudia S. Foster; sons, Christopher and wife Miranda, William; daughter, Haleigh; grandchildren, Layla, Emma and Tori; sister, Victoria "Tori" Sharpley and husband James and fiancée, Robin Cox.
