Minden, LA Graveside services for William Giddens will be held Thursday, December 21, 2107 at 2 p.m. at Gilgal Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. Officiating will be Bro. Dee Anders. The family will receive friends from 12 noon till 1:15 p.m. Thursday prior service time. William was born June 4, 1944 in Hodge, Louisiana and entered into rest December 15, 2017 in Minden, Louisiana. He was preceded in deaths by his sisters, Sadie Leach, Audrey Denton, and Estelle Cain. He is survived by the love of his life, Inez, Giddens of Minden; son Timoth Giddens of Morgan City; daughter Kelinda Giddens of Morgan City; sisters, Frances Wheeler and husband Arthur of Concord, N.C.; Inez Doyal of Minden; Emily Jackson of Blanchars; brother, James Giddens and wife Lavada of Keithville; special niece, Venessia Robinson of Benton; and several step0children, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
