Converse, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of William Richard Hubbard, 76, will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Oak Grove, LA with Reverend Ronnie Sandifer officiating. Burial will follow at Noble Cemetery in Noble, LA. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA from 5:00 until 9:00 PM and Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Oak Grove, LA from 12:00 noon until time of service.

William Richard was born in Snyder, TX to Jess and Nina Horton Hubbard and passed away in Shreveport, LA. He loved spending time with his family which was the light of his life.

Preceding William Richard in death were his parents, Jess and Nina Horton Hubbard; daughter Justina Grace Hubbard; sister Betty Dawson; and brothers F. L. Hubbard and Ronald Hubbard.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons William "JoJo" Hubbard and Don Hubbard and wife Shawna; daughters Debra Johnson and husband Sidney and Tonia Cates and husband Dennis; sisters Geraldine Woodell and husband Dub and Joyce Ann Honeycutt and husband Garland; brother Don Hubbard and wife Joyce; grandchildren Chris Hubbard and wife Brandi, Andrew Hubbard and wife Lydia, Justina Salassi and husband Brent, Elizabeth Hubbard, Teresa Blackmon and husband Casey, Sharon Boothe and husband Brian, Kylie Johnson, Luke Johnson, and Cade Hubbard; great grandchildren Gabe Salassi, Julian Salassi, Adelaide Hubbard, Micaiah Hubbard, and Ella Boothe; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Those honoring the life of William as pallbearers will be Dennis Cates, Sid Johnson, Chris Hubbard, Andrew Hubbard, Casey Blackmon, Brent Salassi, Brian Boothe, William "JoJo" Hubbard. Honorary pallbearers will be Luke Johnson and Cade Hubbard.
