William W. Thomas, Jr.

Graveside services honoring the life of William W. Thomas, Jr. locally known as "Wild Bill", age 71, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Forest Park East Cemetery-3700 St. Vincent Ave., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home-2500 Southside Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Larry Tucker.

William was born on October 12, 1951 to William Thomas, Sr. and Ruby Thomas in Charleston, Mississippi and passed away on March 9, 2023 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy Fan, fisherman, and he loved camping. William was a resident of Shreveport and worked in the oilfield and construction business for most of his adult life.

William was preceded in death by his parents, William Sr. and Ruby Thomas, and his sister, Shirley Ross. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Patti Thomas; his daughter, Brittany Watson (Randall); his sister, Kathy Luna; and his three grandchildren, Ashley, Hunter, and Ryder.

Honoring William as honorary pallbearers will be Randall Watson, Corey Cambre, Joey Cambre, Aaron Cambre, and Taylor Cambre. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Bobby Davis.
