Helen Haynes

SHREVEPORT, LA - A Memorial Service for Helen Eaton Haynes will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Trinity Heights Baptist Church. Officiating will be Dr. Collin Wimberly of Trinity Heights Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the church from 2 p.m. until service time. Helen was born July 22, 1923, in Marietta, TX, to Claude and Hadee Eaton and passed away peacefully December 10, 2018, in Shreveport, LA. Helen was a member of Trinity Heights Baptist Church. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Haynes and her parents. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Neale Haynes and wife, Meredith of Blanchard, LA; her daughter, Cathy Couch and husband, Ricky of Blanchard, LA; grandchildren, Kim Franks and husband, David, Tamara Greis and husband, Todd, Tyson Haynes and Ashton Couch; great-grandchildren, Laiken Franks, Ethan Franks, Brandon Franks, Caige Greis, Cooper Greis, Corbin Greis, Arwen Haynes and Piper Haynes. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Trinity Heights Baptist Church, 3820 Old Mooringsport Rd, Shreveport, LA 71107.
