Tammy Bradford

A graveside service honoring the life of Tammy Chism Bradford will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 5, 2021 at Forest Park Cemetery West, 4000 Meriwether Road, Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be James Monk. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall Street, Shreveport, Louisiana. Tammy Chism Bradford was born February 23, 1969 in Many, Louisiana to Garland and Johnnie Chism and passed away January 31, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Tammy received her Master of Science in Nursing and served as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Shriner's Hospital for 20 plus years. She enjoyed going on missions, serving her family and community, and traveling anywhere with her beloved husband, daughters, and sons-in-law. Tammy was generous, kindhearted, and loving to all who were blessed to know her. She is preceded in death by her parents and younger brother, Travis Chism. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Mike Bradford; daughters, Jessie Humphrey and husband, Daniel, Katie Heitmuller and husband, Nick; brother, Paul Chism and wife, Tiphanie; and four nieces and nephews. Honoring Tammy as pallbearers will be Craig Ammons, Jerry Allen Johnson, Matt Merrill, Jack Thompson, David Brown, Daniel Brown, Keith Brown, Nathan Renfro and Eric Merrill.
